Where do I find my Shopee or Lazada order ID?
Use the full marketplace Order ID shown in your purchase details. The Order ID identifies the purchase; the delivery tracking number identifies the parcel and will not unlock a guide.
Shopee
- Open the Shopee app.
- Tap Me, then open My Purchases.
- Open the relevant purchase and find its Order ID.
- Copy the complete Order ID. Do not use an SPX or SPXSG tracking number.
Lazada
- Open the Lazada app.
- Tap Account, then View All Orders.
- Open the relevant purchase and find its Order Number / Order ID.
- Copy the complete Order ID. Do not use an LZSG tracking number.
Tip: Copy and paste the complete Order ID from the marketplace purchase page to avoid typing errors.
